Since training with Paul McKenna in 2002 and at the Clifton Practice in Bristol in 2003, Yvonne has established a successful full-time practice in Bristol and London, as a Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist, helping clients to make positive changes to both their professional and personal lives.

What is hypnotherapy?
It can be compared to a very enjoyable deep relaxation (rather like day-dreaming) during which the unconscious mind responds to positive suggestion and is able to make positive changes to thought and behaviour patterns. In general fewer than 8 sessions are needed and many minor phobias can be treated in just 3 sessions.
