There is one simple fact to weight loss that we all know to be true
Weight loss = eat less + exercise more!
And yet despite this knowledge obesity is on the increase more than ever
before. We can all give in to food when we feel lonely, bored, depressed,
lacking in confidence or stressed. Food makes us feel good . . . temporarily.
